I really want one of these 0-60 in 3 seconds.

The Yamaha-branded Deus Ex Machina concept motorcycle is powered by ultra-capacitors and nano-phoshpate batteries (Just like the ones used in today’s electric cars.) The vehicle is controlled via 36 pneumatic muscles that are attached to a spine composed of seven artificial vertebrae.

Here is the video, kind like a transformer when it gets going for speed.

Actually I found this in this months "Motorcycle" UK magazine. The article was called "What have prototypes ever done fro us?". They discussed several from the last 40 years and even this first mototorcyle ever built in 1868 by American Sylvester Roper who created a steam driven two wheeler. I bet he never imagined what 140 years of design would yeild. Prototypes eventually do become production just not all of them. This one is one of the coolest I have seen in a while, keep them coming Yamaha.

All good ideas are based off of 80s cartoons :)

I'd take it for a test ride. Wonder how quick it is into and out of a corner? Should be smooth rolling on the power since it's an electric, but the geometry may make turns a bit wide.
