Yamaha R6 shock rear Penske

Control Rider
Low mile used Penske 8987 rear shock from a 2003 R6. It has a 550lb x 6" spring on it. I am 185 lbs w/gear and it was perfect.

Will fit 2004 also. Not sure about other years/makes/models. (May fit earlier R6 models or be adaptable to others.)

Center of top hole to center of bottom hole: 312 mm

Top hole diameter: 12 mm

Bottom hole diameter: 10 mm

Length adjuster showing 12 mm

Price lowered to $599 shipping in the lower 48. This is a fantastic top level shock that can be modified to work on other models.

Hi Rick,

I wish I could. The Penske site doesn't seem to offer that info in an obvious place. You may want to contact your suspension shop of choice. They are better qualified to answer.
