A good friend of mine is trying to sell his track bike. He intended to to a few days last year but some other stuff came up. He bought this bike with a salvage title and never even took it for a spin. Here is what it is:
SV 1000 with 3500 miles on the odometer
Vortex frame sliders, rearsets, clipons and sprockets
Full Yoshimura exhaust with a PCIII
Hotbodies body work with a new paint job
Early GSX-R front end done by Thermosman
New water pump and seals
Penske rear shock
As far as he knows, this bike was used on the racetrack but he isn't sure if it was raced. He isn't sure what weight the suspension is set up for.
He is asking $3,000.
