I have $655 in credits. NESBA will take 15% off the top for a transfer fee which leaves $556.75 worth of credits for sale for $500 which is a hair over 10% off. If interested PM me.

Thanks!!

Is it one chunk, or multiple? Can we get a breakdown on when they expire?

If I recall, people can spend $500 and get $575-worth of credits from NESBA at any time.

I'm sooooo confused by all of ths:dunno: So I went and checked the expiration dates.... some expire in April, some in July and the rest in 2012. Oh well, I guess I need to purchase trackdays with them and then call 2011 my farewell NESBA tour:D With the closest track west of me being Putnam, the closest north of me being Grattan, and the closest east of me being Mid-Ohio.............and gas over the $3.50 it looks like I'll be using different organizations in 2012.

Here ya go.
Credits issued after 1/1/2011 are subject to a 15% surcharge
if transferred to another member and will expire after 365
days from the date of issue.

Credits existing in member accounts prior
to 1/1/2011, may
be transferred one time without surcharge and will expire no
later than 12/31/2011

I would figure you owned these credits before 1/1/11, so you do not have to worry about any of this,

If so your credits of $655 are worth $556.75

655x.15=98.25 655-98.25 =556.75

JohnS, thank you for reading the riders manual, I wish everybody would. If the credits were issued in 2010 they can be transferred one time without surcharge and will expire at the end of this season if not used.

If your credits are still for sale, you should probably still give a break down since they're in multiple chunks.

The ones expiring in April and July sound like you got them before 1/1/2011, so they would be waived the fee and would have a new expiration date of 12/31/2011.

If the others expire in 2012, then I'm guessing you got them this year (unless some type of credit has a life longer than 1 year), in which case, they would be assessed the fee, and keep their current expiration date.

Sorry I missed the part of some expiring in 2012 so you have a good point, the ones from last year can be sold with no additional surcharge. The ones that expire in 2012 would have to have been bought this year and would by subject to surcharge.

The sticky thread at the top of this forum section should be updated to reflect the new rules for transfers & sales... not sure who to contact. That thread is closed.
