I need some help with my brothers 2003 SV1000. We want to upgrade the front suspension. Can the stock forks be upgraded to make an effective track bike? This bike will be using a Penske rear shock. Can the forks be rebuilt effectively, or should we get GSXR forks and then rebuild those?

Thermosman. He will make your stock forks work better than gixxer forks (that aren't set up perfectly) at a fraction of the cost.

How do I contact this guy? I was looking at getting some traxxion dynamics springs and new fork oil. I've been told a .95 spring rate would be good for a 200lb rider on a 450lb bike.
