How hard is to change the springs and seals? Also, where's a good place to buy springs and seals and do you buy them based on your weight?

I did mine last summer, springs are easy to swap. The seals took more time but I had no problems and I am no ace mechinc. I did buy a service repair manual for my bike which hooked me up the details.
