Wildest of Trades?

Maybe not so wild but, I have an '05 CRF 450X.
Difference from CFR 450F is electric start, softer suspension, wider ratio gears, steering head rake, kick stand, lights, some off road stuff like hand guards, upper case guards.
It has a trip meter and I have ridden it less and less each year.
No more than 1000 miles. Will install new tires.
Recently discussed sale with friend and he agrees that 3K is a good price.
I'm thinking the CRF + 2K for the GSX-R?

Would love to trade for a dirtbike, but would be looking at a 250 not a 450, too much bike for me considering I've never ridden dirt before and want to get into it :)
