I'm looking to sell my 2007 R1 track bike. I bought the bike in 2011 and 2 months later was rear ended by a truck. It was deemed a total loss by insurance. It was inspected by my mechanic and everything is straight on the bike. I have a rebuild thread on the R6 forums that can be found here
I have no street plastics or lighting for the bike. It has a WA salvage title. I have put a lot of work into the bike and the only thing that was not done by me was replacing the swingarm. Here's a list of the modifications / replaced parts
$4500 OBO
Fren Tubo Type III brake lines F/R black on black
Shermoto levers
Keyless ignition that is run to a 20 amp switch
BMC air filter
Agg racing block off plates
new ngk spark plugs
shogun crash kit
renthal dual compound grips
bohemian rear sets
replaced swing arm
replaced sub frame
replaced rear rim
michelin power pures f/r
renthal -1/+2 sprockets
520 DID chain
rear brake reservoir delete
PCIII
armour bodies ss kit
dzus fasteners
no name keyless fuel cap
yoshi carbon fiber slip on
akrapovic y pipe
The bike was laid down in the rain at NJMP on 15 May. The right side peg was ground down a bit, the rear brake lever was bent, a little rash on the lower plastic, the clutch lever cover plate, the front brake reservoir bracket was broken and the windshield was cracked. It took me one session to get everything fixed and I was back out for the rest of that day and the following day on NJMP and I had absolutely no problems. The bike is located in Fort Drum, NY which is a little over an hour north of Syracuse, NY. I'm willing to deliver to or meet halfway with a buyer within a reasonable distance ( a couple hundred miles ).
It's been raining the last couple of days but here are some current ( within a month ) pictures of the bike. The next clear day I will get it out and get a lot of pictures.
This was taken the day after the bike was down
These are pictures of the damage
