2013 5x8 Enclosed V-nose Trailer

For sale is my 2013 Homesteader 5x8 v-nose trailer. I have used this trailer 6 times and it is in excellent condition. It has a spring assist rear ramp, also it has a side door with a RV style door handle with addition to the bar lock. The trailer has 3/4 inch treated plywood floor and 3/8 inch plywood walls. It is also insulated with polystyrene foam(pink type), one inch in the walls and 1 1/2" in the ceiling and ramp door. I set this up so I could sleep in it at the track. It has a fold down cot and a small fold up table, a cabinet and a microwave. The trailer was professionally wired for electric. It can be plugged into the power box at the track, the 30 amp/125volt outlet. The trailer has 3 outlets in the trailer and one outside to plug in tire warmers. Also, it has the mounts for a spare set of wheels. I have a 50' power cord, a brand new spare wheel w/tire and a wheel for the front trailer jack, so you can wheel the trailer around.Also a 10x10 Quick Shade canopy and an 4x8 1/4 rubber mat goes with the sale. I kept this in my garage since I have owned it except for the past two months, I needed the garage space. I have a clear title and it is located in Berlin, MD 21811. I paid $2,500(not counting taxes, tags, etc for this new before all of the insulation, and wiring and spare wheel and tire. I am asking $2,000 or best offer. I can e-mail photos.
