2nd set of wheels worthwhile for occasional track days?

Back from May 13 SED. Tires and bike did very well. Dragged knee and had to replace right toe slider for my first time on a track. What a blast.

Thanks for the advice on skipping getting another set of wheels. Can't see needing them. The Michelins did well on wet and dry track.

As for a track bike a Yamaha Race instructor says the VFR is quite capable. In fact he stated they rode VFRs for awhile.

Though I did glance through the classifieds I won't venture forth buying until I get more track time under my belt.

What I don't know is at 6'2" and 205lbs do I go 1000 liter? Sacrifice some nimbleness for speed out of the corner.
