Sorry it's Oct 12th not 14th.

We have been talking about upgrading to something with ac all summer, we were thinking more along the lines of a toy hauler but this might be a more economical alternative. I think we will arrange a time to come see it as not to inconvenience you. I will be in touch as long as it is still for sale when I can free up some time.
