As long as you're not looking for a fire breathing race tard, I think it's the perfect around town, daily commuter, be a little hooligan-ish when you want. yet don't have to worry about constant maintainence & rebuilds. Mines been upgraded a little and currently going through some more upgrades over the winter.
If you haven't already check out the SMJ (SuperMoto Junkie) forum, specifically the: Manufactures -> Yamaha section, as there's a ton of guys that have them.
