Other items are:
The gate will open to us at approximately 5:00 PM local time
Park in the gravel parking lot across from the museum if you arrive before 5:00 pm. Please do not park in the museum parking lot.
This is a sold out event with a full paddock so please be courteous to others when setting up your pit. For instance if you don't need power please don't take a spot that has power available. You would set up in the lower paddock on the right side (behind you as you face the track), or in the middle paddock on left side (in front of you as you face the track).
For those needing power Barber has the following available at $25 per day.
•Paddock Level 1 (lower paddock)
*16 spots for 60’s hookups (boxes are available that can convert the 60’s to 110’s)
• Paddock Level 2 (middle paddock)12 power towers accommodating 24 spots
Each spot has:
• One 50 hookup
• One 60 hookup
• Two 110 hookups
• Paddock Level 3 (upper paddock)12 power towers accommodating 24 spots
Each spot has:
• One 50 hookup
• One 60 hookup
• Two 110 hookups
Performance Cycleworx will be in attendance as our trackside vendor providing tire service, suspension set-up, trouble shooting, and general bike related needs. Contact Chuck direct with any special needs/requests.
We will not be doing a track walk on Saturday due to how early it gets dark. Sorry. We will do this again next year though.
There will be a huge meet and greet in the lower paddock next to the podium about 6:00 pm on Saturday evening. All proceeds from food donations will go to supplement our RRW Action Fund donation. As of right now we have raised $35,500 this season.
