Cancellation of an event

I am a little confused. I paid for a day using all NESBA credits and now want to cancel and it wants to charge me the $5 processing fee. According to the manual and website, the following is the cancellation policy...

15 or more days prior to event: Your choice of either a 100% NESBA credit of the track fee, or a refund of 100% of the track fee minus a $5 processing fee.

I just want the track credits back, and it says I should get a 100% NESBA credit. I do not want a monetary refund. Am I misunderstanding this?
