Hey Todd,

When are you going to post up some of those steak and chicken marinade recipes you were describing to us at NYST recently? You need to post them up and make it a sticky.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Espresso
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons kosher salt

Marinade steak for 1- 6 hours (don't leave too long, with the Balsamic vinegar it can change the texture of the meat)

Cook steaks and Enjoy!!
