Hey Guys and Gals-

It is time to put a new clutch in my 99 R6. I was just wondering what brand of clutch plates/kit to get?

Any advice. :dunno:

Thanks!

Go OEM............

Factory puts a lot of effort into making a good clutch.
Factory bikes use factory clutches.
Aftermarket Kevlar stuff is more abrasive to your engine components as it wears.
And...........your last clutch lasted 12 years ;)

Stay OEM

Looking through the parts fishe I've noticed the OEM plates are sold individually (atleast for kawasaki), do you just buy them seperately or can the dealer order a kit that contains all the disks and steel?

Jeremy,
Yes, you can buy them separately…
