Do I need a new sprocket?

It looks ok to me for now, but id get one soon. When the teeth start getting a sharp point to them like some of them are now its a good sign of wear. BTW ive seen some alot worse.

Somethings photo's can create illusions, but I'd agree that one is one the way out, but I've seen much worse.

The problem with running a worn sprocket is that it accelerates wear on the chain. I expect to use 2 rear aluminum sprockets per chain. A front steel should last the life of the chain. If you plan to swap the chain too, no harm running it for a while. If the chain is still in good shape, I'd swap that one soon.
