Does anyone else Blog, Tweet use other Social Media?

I was just curious if anyone else does anything with social media related to bikes (or even not related to bikes). I have gotten into reading and writing on the topic in a very serious way and would be very interested in following what any of you have to say....

Darrell,
I’m willing to bet you'll get more takers when the season start...they'll have something to tweet/blog about. You wouldn’t happen to be a journalist?

I am not a journalist. I just enjoy writing. I write occasionally for trackdaymag.com but that is more of a hobby than anything.

I also enjoy reading on subjects like bikes. I like to find out what others are doing and share the knowledge/epxeriences that I have. Whether anybody reads it is not my primary concern.

Update: It was more than wet.

Shall I continue?
There is always someone interested in what you have to say, even if it is about the viscosity of your flatulence!

I have a twitter account, but I rarely post anything. personal milestones that my friends and wife MIGHT read... I think most of my followers are parts dealers or porn sites.

It's cool to follow racers' tweets during a race weekend, but lately all I get are updates about Melissa Paris's leg rehab, Tommy Aquino's new Yamaha 450, or the Bostrom brothers' mountain biking. Not that i find those un-interesting all the time, but I prefer the racing info.

I used to subscribe to OnTheThrottle.tv, but they post too often. It would literally be 40 messages in an hour some times (just annoying to delete them all from my phone).

At work, we tell our franchisees, "you NEED to have a twitter page for your business. You NEED to post something at least once a day - but never post more than 3 times a day, and definitely never more than once an hour."

Our marketing person tracked people's habits, and if you post more than twice an hour, or more than 3 times a day, you start to lose followers (at least in our target market).

I find myself wasting an astronomical amount of time with my laptop when the weather is < 60 degrees.
