The question: What motorcycle have you owned and is your favorite?

No wrong answers, just curious and add why it was your favorite.

2001 KDX 220.

I sold it to finance my current TD habit. I miss that bike. I have a picture of it on my "Bikes". Here is picture of what it looks like now:

Honda CBR 600F4 1999
Honda CBR 929 2000 (my favorite :adore
Honda CBR 600 2003
Honda RC51 2002, got her in 2009 (almost my Fav)
Honda CBR 1000 2012 (current ho)
Honda XL600R 83 got her in Sep (fun bike)

I want to get next year Aprilia RSV4 (Hope )

My 2000 Honda VFR800. That bike did everything well, and it was the only year they made it in yellow. I swear if I ever come across one that is in good shape I'll buy it.

My 1995 Ducati 900 SS SP. Only bike I've sold that I really miss.

1999 CBR F4.....47,000+ miles on her before I sold her. She did it all, twisties/wheelies/cruizin'/haulin. Never changed the fork oil once

Honda 50. I got it when I was 5ish & probably put close to 3 million miles on it. You couldn't get me off of it. I'd ride it before & after school everyday then all weekend. I had it all throughout high-school as well (among other bikes) & once I went off to college, I found out my Mom sold it at the yard sale for $100. :doh:

That's cool! Too bad you don't still have it, it would make an awesome pit bike!

I would do anything to have that bike back. It was my first love :adore:

Last weekend, I did pick up an 06 Honda CRF 50 for my son though. He's 6 & is loving it. I'm sure I'll be secretly loading it up & taking it down to NJMP to roll around the pits with.

The 92 Vfr served me on track and street for 20 years. In the same week I did:

A track day at summit main
Commuted to work all week
Rode to Mid Ohio vintage days

Only regret is that I didn't ride it in I group. Miss it, but the monster that replaced it has more character and torque

My favorite is probably my current GS1200... so awesome I get emotional just looking at it... My bike bio:

1982 Yamaha RX 180 two stroke (the worst bike ever made). I don't think they imported this one to the US
1987 Honda CB 450 deluxe - with Nelson Piquet's Williams F1 paint scheme... Beautiful
1984 Honda Nighthawk 650 - great, great bike...
1989 Yamaha Vmax- King on the road ( way back in the day)
1997 Honda XX superblack bird- fastest production bike till the other day
2003 Suzuki SV 650 - You should try one on the track ... It's love at the first ride (still own it)
2005 Honda VTR 1000 super hawk - good (not great) honda twin
2006 BMW R1200 GS - man... a bikers bike(Still own it)
2008 Suzuki Gsxr 1000 - " the beast" (Still own it)
....and many more to come!!!
