Sorry to be rude but its really simple.....if you can to have a clean vin buy a frame either why. Also you wouldn't be aloud to pay on the lien due to the bank is going to give you that private information. But then again rules are different from state to state so you would have to check.

Nope if a cop stops you he cant take it away from you ! The deal is in beetwen the bank and you the problem here is if they take him to court and the judge says return the bike or pay it !
