Is the exhaust an actual full system? How much would it be to get the exhaust shipped to Arlington, Texas 76002?

Not full because you would need the stock flanges that come off the head. Looks like it will ship for $35

I guess I should rephrase my question - besides the missing flanges, is it a full yosh or a slip on with stock header pipes?

ahh, sorry about that, I wasn't thinking clearly. Not sure if its a full cat back or slip on, it was on the bike when I bought it. Maybe these pics can help?
