I notice that a lot of guys will buy the below hose and valve for their fuel jug only to have it seize up after a few track days....and then switch to a straight hose.

I have used mine for 2.5 years and have no problems with it. When I get home from a track weekend, I will keep the valve closed and then pour in about a teaspoon or so of Marvel Mystery Oil into the top of the tube. I just leave it like that until the next track day.
It keeps the valve lubed and working perfectly.
