GPX Pro Backlight not working

Just noticed that my GPX Pro (2010 plastic version) backlight isn't working. I went into the settings and verified that everything was correct, but still no backlight. I also disconnected the battery, that didn't work either. The only thing that I haven't done is a factor reset. Want to try everything before it comes to that.

I posted on the XT racing forum and am going to call XT racing Monday, but just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas or have experienced the same thing.

Called XT Racing and said that the issue is most likely a disconnected red or black wire at the bottom of the circuit board near the rubber grommets. Sure enough, the black wire was disconnected, a 2 sec solder job fixed the problem. Hope this helps out anyone out there that runs into this in the future!
