Have any of you had this problem

I have already had to re thread my drain plug. That was a few years ago. Now it's leaking again and I did have not changed the oil. Is this something that is going to happen over time. Would you recommend rethreading it again or getting another oil pan? I have an '03 zuk 1k

assuming you are using an aluminum pan and threads, are you using an aluminum plug? the steel will tear it up with over tightening (or repeated)...

It's the crush washer.

Over tightening will destroy the threads in the belly pan and cause leakage. Using a steel plug you have to be very careful not to over tighten.

Also, make sure you use an aluminum crush washer. I used a copper one and it did not crush well and oil started dripping out. Put an alum crush washer on and it was fine.
