I have made good time of the off season......Been in physical therapy for a broken talus, scope to remove the fragments of my tibia and cartilage in my right ankle.

Got the bike a new Ohlins triple shock and Ohlins front forks. Wrapped the lowers which got rashed and a new rearset.

Been hitting the spin bike classes and rowing machine for cardio now that I can walk right.
Oh yeah, it looks way better, but there is still some numbness, bruising, and swelling from the hematoma. It'll take months more for all of that coagulated blood to reabsorb. Yuck. At least it's working fine, and I've been back at the gym getting back into shape!

The bike is coming along. It's mostly all fixed. Just have to get a few more things done. :)

I hope your healing process is coming along well and you continue to improve!

Repaired the bike from my off last October, just waiting for warmer weather to paint. Bought a new (to me) track only bike. Working like crazy to afford the track addiction.

Nothing special, just making sure suspension is refreshed, fluids changed, training, etc. Going to be a great season this year for everyone! I’m putting out there…

I picked up one of these and I've been training. Lost about 17lbs so far. Going to race it in March and April before I start the Moto season in May.

Training in 20 degree weather at Central Park.

In March I will probably paint the old ZX7R. I cleaned the air filter and painted the stock wheels so I can give the Marvics a rest.

Nice bike.

Thanks.

Ultegra Shifters
Ultegra Front Derailleur
Ultegra Rear Derailleur
FSA SLK Carbon Crankset
Dura-Ace Cassette (Came with 105 which annoyed me)
Dura-Ace Chain (Came with Tiagra which annoyed me as well)
Williams 58mm Clinchers (Came with Roval 35mm which I will only use for rain races and training)

As the parts break or wear out I will replace with Dura Ace components.

After the crash at BIR in late August, I decided to tear the bike down to the frame out of boredom to get painted, along with adding a few upgrades. Won't make me any faster, but the controls upgrades (SpeedyMoto Omni Bars & Domino adjustable throttle) should help with a small ergo issue and not having to reposition my grip for full throttle.
Last time on the bike:

Track SharkSkinz are currently getting painted so the bike will be ready for Barber in April. :)

^hopefully next year for a NESBA return to the Midwest. The BIR repave on the Donnybrooke long course is another plus to entice them back. Would LOVE to see Road America, Brainerd, and Blackhawk Farms on the schedule next season....
