left hand nuts for Quickshifter

I need to order a hand full of left hand nuts for the quick shifter. is that a 4mm or 3mm or 5mm medium thread? Wallie recommended I go to McMaster to order that sort of thing... I was thinking stainless ... http://www.mcmaster.com/#hex-nuts/=dqxoyq

I got the calipers out and the rod measures 5.75mm so I guess thats a 6mm nut but .... whats the thread pitch typically?

Usually 1.0 pitch.

I usually adjust my nuts with my right hand. What? Did I miss something? :notsure:
