Loading HF Trailer

So the description says it tilts all the way to the ground to load. Is this really the case? I haven't seen one first hand, but my first impression would be that this doesn't work. I was just figuring I would need a ramp. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Eh, i've got a 5x8 snowmobile trailer. Its a little tricky to do it yourself but once you do it a few times its pretty easy. I suppose a ramp may be easier but it works for me. It will hold me over untill i'm ballin like you guys in the 18' enclosed trailers.
