Membership card

I've noticed that a copy of your membership card is asked for on a lot of the specials offered to members. I never got one, or a handbook. Who do I need to ask for that stuff?

Email Mark Stern at info@nesba.com they usually send them in bulks. I got my first one about 5 months after i signed up and the second one only took about a 2-3 weeks

Chip, When did you sign up? If it was after Oct. 1st then you won't get one until mid-end of January as we are waiting for the 09 coupons to come in.
