I stayed at a place on the north side of town called Executive Suites. Got the room last minute and the price was pretty reasonable. The ride to the track was not real long. (maybe 15-20 minutes)
Not a great room, but it was clean enough and had a full size frig, a stove, microwave, etc. Of the people living there, none were what I'd call "executives" but more of the blue collar working homeless. It looked a little rough, but my bike was still there every morning. I was a little shocked when I first saw the place, but I'd probably stay there again if I had tickets.
