N2 NEW WOMENS FORUM

We are excited to announce the creation of our new N2 Womens Forum!

This is a private forum, currently in its infancy, for women to support one another on-and-off the track. This forum will lend itself to other facets of support for women and promote integration without separation. Since N2 is one of the most organized, safest, and well-trained organizations, it eliminates the need to create a separate track experience for women. Instead, our Novice Program carefully caters to new track riders, regardless of gender, and promotes equality in this fun, exhilarating, yet challenging sport. We understand that some women may be tentative about riding with men, especially the first time on the track, but we are confident that our new-rider oriented Novice Program will allay any trepidation you may have. Come out and join us! We as N2 women believe the best way to succeed in this male dominated sport is to ride with their ranks and have them motivate and encourage us. However, we are also sensitive to the fact that women can process information differently and have issues that they would like to discuss privately with other females.

We have discovered in addition to women in general, there are many wives, significant others, and daughters of members who would like to get involved in this sport. This welcoming forum will enable potential members to bond with other women and engage in discussions to comfortably segue them to the track. Shiloh, Judy, and I will also be reaching out to potential female members personally in the New Year to facilitate this transition. In addition to moderating this new forum, the three of us come from very diverse backgrounds and can address many women's concerns in regards to safety, family, and self-confidence.

By creating this entity, it will potentially lead to other benefits for the organization as a whole such as:

  • Discount codes for women to give to their spouses, SOs, or parents
in addition to the "New-To-The-Track Rider" flat fee
  • Female apparel and promotional items
  • Boost our membership
  • Create more traffic to N2 site

We will be kicking off this forum by creating a poll for the name of this entity so we can set about promoting it. We will also be posting FAQ topics to encourage conversation. Please invite every female you know who currently street rides or has an interest in riding to check out our forum and participate. It is currently listed as "Women Trackday Riders" in "Members Forums".

It's going to be a great 2016!!!

Where's the old fat guy forum? Never mind I found it.

Sounds like a great idea, now we just need to get rid of the creepy dudes at the track!
