The 2011 Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC I bought just under 2 years ago engine blew last Road Atlanta. Other than that, all was well and I was happy with it (I don't need to have the latest/greatest).
Which way would you go... just part it out or this engine deal on eBay?

Besides what's in the eBay listing, I talked with the seller for an hour. He seemed very nice & legit, I realized I bought a replacement ECU w/Gabro tune from him back in November and that was solid. He doesn't know all the history before 2022 when he got the bike and he had some engine 'gremlins' for the short time he had it, before deciding to part it out. If I'm lucky, these gremlins would go away when I install it, but there's a good chance they don't go away and I have to fight/sort them out.
eBay guy in Manassas VA, bought it from some guy in NJ who bought the bike new. It had a clean title, looked fully street, not tracked. Despite what's in the listing, the valves have NOT been done.
eBay guy says per the listing, there's a noticeable tick that he confirmed the original dealer says it's 'probably' the cam chain tensioner needs adjustment or replace.
eBay guy says the main issue that pushed him to part it out was at 7K rpm consistently it seemed like the fuel cut out, like no power. The dealer and he thought it was 2ndary injectors, but all tested fine and even bought new, but still the issue persisted.
Which way would you go... just part it out or take a risk on this engine deal on eBay? Thanks in advance
