It was done by hand in leather paint. I'm a chef and that logo has been with me for years

anything that makes your cholesterol jump 1000 pts after a bite or two will make me mad to ............ but hey, all that sweating at the track takes care of that. Who cares if it is force fed? ............ I don't LOL! What else is goose good for besides confit? HA!!

I'm divided between bringing authentic Italian lasagna with bechamel or doing bouillabaisse for the meet and greet. I guess we will find out. :popcorn:
