Now about this insurance thing.. FUHHGGEETTAAABOUTT-IT.. Geico is contractually obligated to pay that first claim on the track. But trust me.... YOU REALLY WONT LIKE WHAT COMES IN THE MAIL NEXT.. Due to the eventuality of dropping it, Just put on race plastics, case savers, and frame sliders.... It wont be "crash proof" but it will be ride-able for the rest of the day and easily repairable later on.
