Ohlins Shock spring/rate question

Ok so picked up almost new Ohlins ttx SU 788 rear shock for my 07 gsxr 1000 track bike. I pretty sure its sprung too heavy for me , but just wanna make sure. I called ohlins and another suspension guru and I'm guessing they're pretty busy with real racers cause I get voice mail n no call back.

My weight w/o gear is 165lbs

so anyhow the numbers on my spring are #21040-36/105 L437

from what I gather the 105 is the key number and =(10.5 Nmm)

and that I should prolly get a 9.5-1.00 Nmm spring

any input would be appreciated

Thanks John, according to they're chart , I should be in the ball park with it as is, just wasn't sure if it applied to the ohlins shock or if its a chart for a race tech specific shock.
