Without fail, every time I arrive at Pitt for the weekend, I’m waiting longer than necessary to get in the gate behind some idiot that didn’t fill out the waiver ahead of time. Worse, there are signs leading up to the gate with the link. Instead of pulling to the side and filing it out, people pull up to the gate to make everyone else wait behind them.
I propose that N2 has the gate collect $50 per vehicle that didn't fill out the waiver ahead of time and that the money gets donated to the air fence fund.
