Here's part of a session on Saturday for the B group riders. If you all think we're crazy when we say you don't get off the bike, the proof is in the video. I got a bunch of people in this one and hopefully you'll get to see yourself. Things look different when you see yourself on video.

I think seeing yourself on video is the best learning tool for riders. When you are riding, things feel much different than they really are. The video does not lie!

I was working the I group on Sunday. I have just a couple sessions that I need to edit up. It's getting late and I will get them of them tomorrow night.
