Hi All,

Has anyone ever had any experience with them? Do they do good work? I need to have some work done to my track bike. They quoted me $100 for a fork spring install and $200 for steering head bearing install. http://www.rnrcycles.com/

Thanks

It's a good price & a reputable shop.
I know Rick from his Fast Lane days and I took all my work to him.

Same here - When I lived outside of D.C. Ditto on him being a good guy.

Tell him I said "Hi" - I'm not sure if that will help you, or he'll punch you in the face :) Ask him about loading a bike in the back of a school bus. He literally almost knock himself out.

Got my bike back yesterday from Rick & co. I ended up having way more done than just the fork spring and steering head bearings. RnR Cycles do great work and really know their stuff. I got a lot of tips and pointers for setting up suspensions and tires, track riding, etc. If anyone needs to take their bike to a shop and is in the area I highly recommend it.
