I guess this is a good place to thank all the CR's for their hard work on Sunday. I was so beat I only ran about 4 laps of the last session so I have no idea how you guys ran double duty all day. It felt pretty cool to start dragging knees Don't worry, I know that's not the goal but rather a product of becoming smoother/faster/better.

Thank the gods for the nice weather! NO RAIN!!!
