safety wiring

I was about to safety wire my bike and was curious to what gauge wire was good to use. I would appreciate any information anyone had. Thanks

I use .032 wire

i use .032 for the required parts

i use the smaller guage for wiring hose clamps and other minor things


make sure you buy good safety wire......i know a few people who bought some cheap safety wire from hardware stores and it becomes weak when you twist it

My preference is 0.032 not to hard to work with and has good tensil strength.
