I bought this with the mount for a 2003 Yamaha R6. The damper will work on many bikes. You may have to order a different link arm depending on your bike and setup. The mount will fit 03-05 R6 models and later year R6S models. I can sell the mount and damper separate.

The damper is in perfect condition. Not a mark on it and it has seen light use (about 12 track days). The mount is in great condition also. The triple clamp nut has marks on it where the mounting screws make contact which is normal. I also have the security bolt kit matching key for it ($6.95) I'll include in the price of the damper or the whole package (but not for just the mount). I have a bottle of damper oil I never opened I'll include with the damper or the whole package as well.
