selling or transfering track day credits?

I know this question has come up before but I wanted to make sure that I had the details correct.

So if i buy track credits from another member are the credits good 1 year from when I buy them or are they good 1 year from when they were originally purchased?

I want to know for sure.

Credits are good for one year from date of transfer.

"They are good for one year from the date they are transferred to you."
