Just wondering what this day is all about. I can't seem to find anything that defines what a Skill Enhancement Day entails. Thanks.

It's described somewhere on the main site, but the basics are:

- track walk in the AM
- CR 'fly by' rides to illustrate what the track walk is demonstrating
- lots of CR's available through the morning sessions to help you work on stuff
- open track all afternoon, with CR's available for one-on-one stuff you may not have gotten to in the morning.

I did it last year and man, what a great day ! Put some un-godly ammount of miles on ( for once I wasnt wanting to ride more , I was worn out from the sessions ), rode with some really helpful CR's , smoothed out my lines, picked up some speed and jsut really got to see the ins and outs of a great track - I can whole heartedly reccomend it to anyone -
After this weekend, IM gonna be there in the I group - hope you get to go !
