The guy who sold it to me was 5'10", 180 and wore an armored tors protector (chest and back). It fit him, so you should be okay.

im 5'9" 180 and my size 54 spidi suit fits me perfect. well the sleeves could be maybe 1/4" shorter. so i bet it"ll be fine...
