Still get N2 credit when you buy a new Yamaha?

I have not heard anything to the effect that it is no longer in place, so I am assuming it is. I recently met with on of our local dealerships to drop off N2 promotional materials specifically for this purpose. My understanding is that it needs to be a participating dealership, which this dealership happens to be via their Yamaha rep. The process is calling up your local dealership and asking if they are a participating dealership... and if they aren't... do they want to be lol? 
In truth, I don't know all the finer points, so I assume they will be added in this thread. If not, I can find out. For now, here is the link of announcement ran on RRW:
