Purely speculative thought but I wonder if this new BSB partnership with the EU shipping company (DFDS) foreshadows BSB ambitions to expand the series to more EU tracks (e.g, like this month’s foray to ESP).

Omologato Superpole is back for the opening round of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship at Circuito de Navarra next weekend (April 20 -21), marking the first appearance of the one-lap Speedy Hire Qualifying shootout during the 2023 season.

This will be the first time in 2024 to witness the one lap wonders as the top 15 riders in Speedy Hire Qualifying push to deliver an inch perfect lap in the intense shootout format, which decides the grid positions for Race 1 on Sunday.

On my way to NOVA for work, then ATP at Pitt, ChampSchool at NJMP then MA at Barber. Nice to have some quality coverage to get caught up and offset the highway droning.

I rather wanted DORNA to fire Steve Day when he was commentating for MotoGP but he’s really come into his own at BSB where I think he does a fine job. Whatever limitations he might have are clearly offset by the talented Jamie Whitham.

This episode of highlights is really well done, IMO.
