Tips for removing gopro mount?

I need to pull one off and really don't want to muss up Swens' work. Anyone found a good way to remove them without ruining the paint?

Fishing line and a heat gun.

Get that dust off computer keyboard cleaner... Hold can upside down a s spray... Usually works

Freezing the adhesive works very similar to the heat idea.

I would go the hairdryer route. Heat guns put out a LOT of heat. I de-badge every car I own and use a hair dryer and fishing line. Works like a charm!

Maybe a little WD-40 to break up the adhesive would work as well.
