Information for our Carolina Motorsports Park event this weekend, 9/6 and 9/7:

Camping is allowed - no camping fee.
There is power in the paddock.
Gates will open at 6pm on Friday and will be open 24 hours throughout the weekend.

If the Saturday track day is cancelled. Would there be any chance to move to the Sunday track day if there is room in my group? Instead of using that credit at another track.

Right now, all the weather forecasts are saying it'll be past by Friday night.
However, should the weathermen be wrong :rolleyes: if there is room, we can certainly move people into Sunday.

I haven't been to CMP before and I am only going by Google images, will we be able to park our bikes on pavement? It appears that there is a thin grid of asphalt in a sea of sand for cold pits. Is that correct?

BTW: I am so thankful NESBA has this section as all these tracks are new to me.

Bikes parked in the paddock will need to be off the pavement. There are day garages available for rent, which will allow you to park your bike on pavement. Additionally, CMP allows us to park our bikes on pit lane, if you so desire.
