What did YOU eat today?

The McDonalds vs Subway thread made me think about how often you guys eat basically... anything~!

Whether it'd be from inanimate objects to spoiled food to sheer wtf-why-eat-that

Hopefully I'll kick us off by being the role model that had a freakishly healthy day

-4 weetbix + soy milk

-homemade chicken corn soup

-a fuji apple

-multigrain bread sandwich with chicken, mayonaise, tomato and rocket leaves

-2 pieces of fish with mushroom and mushroom sauce, grilled tomato halves and cabbage

Oh my God!!!! Go and eat now!!!

AM: Homemade coffee with toast

Mid- morning: Yogurt

Lunch: Chinese

Snacky poo: Sandwich; honey ham, bacon, mayo and banana

Dinner: Pop corn

SLow, lazy day for me.

Spam is the best in hash-browns. I tried grits this morning..........not for me, sorry southern dudes.

Hmm...

- two wheat english muffins with a dab of peanut butter
- Protein Shake
- turkey burgers
- toast and butter
- protein bar
- lemon pepper chicken with fat free cheese and greeny beans

Phase 2 of P90X... eating healthy sucks btw, I miss grease dripping hamburgers and pizza... mmm pizza. But oh well, I was starting to put pounds on the midsection so had to do something I guess.

Edit: I have driven by the SPAM museum many times, never had the stomach fortitude to go in though.

Preservatives, high fructose corn syrup / sugar, fat and salt. The essence of the modern American diet and nearly every processed product on the shelf. That basically sums up my meals.

1030pm - 3 cups of coffee
1100pm - poptarts
100am - 2 cups of hot tea
300am - Easy Mac and chips
800am - Yuengling :)
100pm - 8 slices of peperoni pizza and more Yuengling before bedtime ( 300pm )

About 2200-2500 calories today.

Although I try to get about 25% or more of my calories from protein, I usually fail at that. typical is 18-20% of calories from protein.

More fat calories than carb calories so the body knows how to burn fat.

A daily multivitamin takes care of what I didn't eat (for vitamins and minerals) that I should have.

3 cups coffee 18 spoons of raw sugar. F$# creamer
Special K Red Berry. Big freakin bowl skin milk but 1/2 a gallon of it
2 Krispy Kreme (boxes)
4 slices of Lou Malnati's Veggie Pizza
Can of Club Soda gallon of vodka
3 bottles of water
1 tootsie pop
Apple Jacks box
Wild Berry edible underwear
and a pair of peach edible thong
two famous amos cookies
a small bunny
4 worms from the bottom of tequila bottles
The tequila from said 4 bottles

and it's early yet:D

Naw, I'm headed to Chicago this weekend for the Motorcycle show and to check up on my house.

I'll get the real thing right from Lou's ovens. I'll be ordering the sausage or pepperoni version.

Your wife's a gem. Treat her nice! :cheers:
