I would like to try the upgraded wheels again. My bike came with the Marchesini 10-spoke Forged Magnesium wheels. I rode the bike for a while like that, and then sold them and pocketed the money for a second set of stock wheels and some track time. I think it was the best thing, and I didn't notice any difference. Now that I'm a much better rider though, I'd love to try them again and see if they feel different. I also noticed that the 848 I was riding for a few weekends had the super light wheels, and handled and braked AWESOME. But it could be more to do with something else about the bike (don't know - wasn't changing just the wheels so hard to isolate ). But either way, I'd agree with what everyone has said on the money being better spent on seat time.
