When to use Anti-sieze?

I have used anti-sieze only once before and it was on the bolts in the Exup valve on my old YZF1000. I would think the header bolts & caliper bolts would be good places as well. Those places get very hot and could result in difficulties removing those bolts.

Brake caliper bolts, anything Titanium (which happens to be a lot on my bike) lots of ti bolts, axle's, and other stuff.

Exhaust Manifold bolts. Don't generally put Anti-seize on any bolt that would kill me if it fell out. Just doesn't feel right.

there is good reason to this theory also.
by adding anything...be it anti seize or even just plain oil. you directly affect the applied torque on a given fastener.
thats why some engines call for the head bolts to be oiled and some dont.
adding anti seize affects the torque and the pressure on the fastener.
while i agree on exhaust and maybe a few things here or there.
if someone is going to put it on an axle or caliper bolt atleast make sure its safety wired or locked somehow.
